7075 aluminium battery holder for the Associated B7

The original battery holder is made of plastic, which has been known to break after a hard crash or after it had deteriorated during driving! This is what we've been hearing from various drivers.
That's why we developed this 7075 Aluminium Battery Holder (B7)

It is made of highest quality and hardness 7075 aluminium, so it's guaranteed to be strong.

In addition, the original battery position could be adjusted by changing between the two types of battery holders supplied in the kit, but with this product, the 7075 Aluminium Battery Holder, it is now possible to cover all battery positions with this one single pair.

It is also manufactured in a slightly larger size to accommodate a variety of batteries.

By adjusting the battery clearance with the included sponge tape, it is possible to control the flex characteristics of the chassis.
*The battery itself is quite rigid, and if the battery is fixed tightly to the chassis, it will affect the chassis flex.

By leaving a small gap between the battery and the front, back, left, right, top and bottom, we have found the performance and lap times have been improved.

It has been tested by TEAM AJ team drivers and its effectiveness has been proven.

The 7075 aluminium battery holder is fully designed and manufactured entirely in Japan

*Depending on your environment, please purchase the screws to secure the battery retainer tabs separately and prepare screws long enough to fit over the nylon of the nylon nut.
(This will vary depending on the battery you are using, but for LP batteries, approx a 3x14mm button head screw is best.)
